About the Artist

NATALIE PERCIVAL

I am a returning artist, following a 10 year break to pursue other career opportunities after attending Falmouth art college in Cornwall, my childhood home. Since settling in Kent I have entered the world of complementary therapies and now practice massage and reiki alongside my painting.

Working with energy and exploring the possibilities of other realms are my current interests and much of my work reflects this in both subject and colours used. I seek to capture a feeling or emotional interpretation of my subject matter rather than a pictorial representation.

I work mainly in oils and like to have fun exploring different ways of applying the paint to canvas and often limit my colour palette to create a particular mood to a piece. All my paintings are one-off originals so you can be sure that the piece you purchase is, and will always be, totally unique to you.
